After receiving the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education in 2021, the Information Technology School (ITS) has now for the first time applied for funding for student and teacher mobility through the Erasmus+ project.
We are pleased to inform you that the project has been selected for funding.
This further confirms that ITS is committed to providing high-quality education and supporting international initiatives to expand educational opportunities for its students and teachers.
Erasmus+ is an international program of the European Commission aimed at education, training, and youth mobility, as well as fostering collaboration with institutions and organizations in the fields of youth education and sport.
Erasmus+ provides young people across Europe with the opportunity to study, train, volunteer, and find jobs abroad. The goals of the Erasmus+ program include supporting development at all levels of education and training, strengthening the link between formal and non-formal education and learning, and improving cooperation between education and the labor market.
This type of project is a great opportunity for all participants to expand their knowledge, gain valuable experience, and develop international connections, thereby contributing to the further advancement of ITS and its reputation in the field of higher education.
Likewise, this is an excellent opportunity for students and teachers to gain new experiences and knowledge through international exchange.
The benefits of such projects are numerous:
- Improving language skills;
- Developing intercultural awareness;
- Expanding professional networks;
- Boosting self-confidence;
- Broadening academic horizons.
With this new initiative, ITS continues to demonstrate its commitment to enhancing educational opportunities and international cooperation.
