The Information Technology School – ITS is among the first educational institutions in Serbia to implement a ChatBot on its website: www.its.edu.rs. This pioneering step represents a significant advancement in the way ITS communicates with its students, prospective students, and website visitors.
The ChatBot is programmed to provide instant information, answer questions, and direct users to relevant resources on the website. The goal of this innovative tool is to improve the user experience on the ITS website by providing quick and accurate information upon users’ requests.
The technology behind this ChatBot uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to understand user queries and respond to them. This advanced technology enables the ChatBot to “learn” from each interaction, continually improving its ability to provide useful and relevant answers.
