CERN School of Computing held for the first time in Belgrade
The Information Technology School (ITS) is pleased to announce that the new edition within the publishing activities of ITS has just been released. The book “Menadžment ljudskih resursa – Praktikum sa studijama slučaja” authored by Associate Professor Dr. Milena Ilić is already available for purchase through the ITS School Shop and has been introduced into the curriculum of two study programs at our school.
The book consists of 20 chapters that cover various topics related to human resource management, such as strategic management, training and career development, motivation, compensation, ethics, and workplace safety. The aim of the book is to provide students with a broader insight into human resource management through theoretical foundations, illustrations, and case studies.
The book has been approved for use as a textbook in teaching by the Teaching and Professional Council of ITS and can be useful for educators and professors teaching this subject at other colleges.
The book “Menadžment ljudskih resursa – Praktikum sa studijama slučaja” is based on the importance of human resources for the success and survival of companies in the market and follows various trends in business operations.
