Course objectives
Introducing students to the basic principles of project-based organization of work. Providing practical experience in project planning, monitoring and control.
Course outcomes
Students will gain experience working on a project team during project planning; they will understand organization-related problems of the project team, interaction with users, project schedule, budget allocation, and risk management.
