She has more than 13 years of teaching experience at higher education institutions (Faculty of Geoeconomics, Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance) in the field of Informatics and Information systems.

She graduated in 1991 from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade. She obtained her Master’s degree in 2005 at the Faculty of Business Studies with a topic in the field of application of artificial neural networks in short-term financial forecasts. She got her PhD in 2007 at the Faculty of Geoeconomics with a topic in the field of Information systems and their support in the decision-making process on the further development of higher education institutions. She was elected assistant, assistant professor and associate professor at the Faculty of Geoeconomics, where she worked for five years in the position of Vice Dean of Academic Affairs and two years in the position of Vice Dean for Science. Since 2011, she has also been working as a reviewer of the accreditation commission. She was re-elected associate professor in 2017 at the Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance.

She is the author of more than 40 scientific papers published in international scientific journals from the SCI list, leading domestic journals, and international and domestic conferences. She is the author of textbooks related to geographic information systems and monographs related to the development of business intelligence design methodology. She is a member of the program board of national scientific conferences and a reviewer of the “Megatrend” journal (the leading domestic journal of the M51 category) and international scientific meetings.
