Lidija Miletić graduated from the Faculty of Management in Belgrade in 2002. In 2009 she earned her MA in economic sciences from the Faculty of Commerce and Banking in Belgrade. She has written over 20 scientific papers published in national and international journals and international conference proceedings, as well as several books and handbooks in the fields of management, entrepreneurship, leadership, economics, etc.

She has participated in over 30 science and development projects in the areas of management enhancement, development of small and medium-sized businesses (SMB), economic strategy for the development of municipalities in southern Serbia, quality of higher education, market research, etc.

She has many years of experience working as the assistant and lecturer at higher education institutions domestically and abroad. She has worked as a consultant for small and medium-sized businesses, and institutions dealing with the problems and support in the development of SMBs.

She was an accredited lecturer by the Serbian Health Council for the Management in the Health System and Sports seminar (no. A-1-2021/15). She received the certificate for quality coordination in higher education by AEI – Agency for European integration and Economic Development from Austria, as part of the Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Quality Assurance IPA Twinning Project.
