She graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences “Mihajlo Pupin” in Zrenjanin, University of Novi Sad, majoring in Computer Science. She completed her Master’s studies at the same faculty, majoring in Technology and Informatics, as well as her PhD, defending her thesis entitled “Ethical behavior of leaders in organizations as a factor of individual and organizational performance”. She published the results of the research in a journal of category M23, which was a requirement for the defence of her PhD thesis.
She has published five papers on the SCI list with an impact factor. She has 10 published papers in category M24, two papers for lectures at an international conference of category M31, and 16 papers in category M33. She published two textbooks in co-authorship for Colleges of Vocational Studies in the field of Management. She published her Master’s and PhD theses as monographs of national importance in the journal of category M42. She has co-authored one faculty textbook.
For two years, she was an assistant at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Applied Studies in Belgrade. She has been employed at ITS since 2021, where she teaches several subjects within the undergraduate study programme.
