Subject teacher for the courses Programming Tools and Applied Programming Practicum – EB (Electronic Business) and IT (Information Technology) study programs.
He was born in Belgrade. He finished primary and secondary school in Jagodina. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad, Department of Electrical Engineering, majoring in Computer Engineering and Systems Management, with a thesis graded 10. He obtained his master’s degree from the same faculty in Novi Sad with a perfect GPA of 10.00.
He earned his PhD at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš, in 2022 with his doctoral dissertation titled “Advanced System for Tracking Moving Objects in Sports” and obtained the academic title of Doctor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He was appointed as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Diplomacy and Security in Belgrade at the Department of Software Engineering and IT in 2022.
He is the author of numerous international scientific papers and projects (including NASA, Smithsonian – Astrophysical Observatory and Laboratory, Harvard University – M21a). He holds a license as a responsible designer of telecommunication networks and systems (License No. 353).
He completed an advanced English language program at St. Clare’s College, Oxford, England, UK, where he also obtained an ARELS-FELCO diploma. He also has a basic level of knowledge of German and French.
He holds a diploma from Harvard Business School, Harvard University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA, for successfully completing a program in economic entrepreneurship.
He completed the “Modern Anti-Corruption” course in Sweden and holds a diploma.
He worked as a computer science teacher at the Academy of Criminalistic and Police Studies from 2016 to 2020.
He is currently employed at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ICT Sector, in a managerial role for system planning and development.
In 2007, he served as a consultant on the project “Information & Communications Technology in Serbia: Access, Applications and Opportunities in Government, Business, and Civil Society ASSESSMENT AND RECOMMENDATIONS” (USAID – United States Agency for International Development (.gov)).
He has over 20 years of work experience in public administration.
