CERN School of Computing held for the first time in Belgrade
At the graduation ceremony for the Class of 2024, held on June 18 at Madlenianum, students and their parents had the opportunity to attend the awarding of honors and diplomas to the tenth graduating class.
In the presence of numerous guests, parents, and teachers, the ceremony hosts, Professors Mladen Stanić and Ana Đurić, officially announced Iva Milutinović from class IV-3 as the Student of the Year for 2024. Iva Milutinović, an exemplary student and valedictorian, was awarded a prestigious scholarship for a full three-year education provided by ITS.
The award and scholarship were presented to Iva Milutinović on behalf of the school’s founders by Prof. Dr. Milena Ilić. The scholarship covers three years of education at ITS, giving Iva the opportunity to further develop her knowledge and skills in the field of information technology.
This scholarship is a testament to Iva’s hard work and dedication, as well as an inspiration for all our students to strive for excellence. The awards ceremony concluded with thunderous applause and congratulations to Iva Milutinović, who, as highlighted by her teachers, earned this prestigious award through her efforts and commitment.
ITS, as a founding institution, will continue to support ITHS students in their education and professional development, aiming to create new generations of experts in the field of information technology. For ITHS students, upon completing their secondary education, ITS traditionally provides not only a full three-year scholarship for the Student of the Year but also other scholarships and benefits. Their academic and professional development is primarily overseen by the ITHS/ITS orientation team and teacher-mentors.
