ITS successfully organized a panel discussion titled “Problemska nastava”, which took place on Tuesday, December 26. This panel, dedicated to problem-based learning, brought together ITS teachers and associates to discuss innovative methods in education.
During the panel, the results of the project “Problemska nastava na ITS-u” were analyzed, with special attention given to the advantages and disadvantages of project-based and problem-based learning. Participants had the opportunity to share their experiences and practices from schools already implementing these methods. The discussion was led by Dr. Ivan Anić, a leader in the field of problem-solving in Europe.
One of the key moments of the panel was empowering teachers for effective implementation of classes oriented towards problem-based and project-based learning. Discussions revolved around ways to improve pedagogical approaches, as well as future steps in implementing these methods into the teaching process at ITS.
The panel resulted in numerous beneficial outcomes, including an enhanced understanding of problem-based learning, identification of key elements for successful project-oriented teaching, and encouragement of collaboration and resource sharing among teachers. Additionally, plans were developed for further empowering teachers in the application of these pedagogical methods.
A recording of the discussion is available to teachers and associates on the internal employee portal.
ITS extends its gratitude to all participants for their active contribution and engagement in the panel, emphasizing that their presence and participation were essential for the success of this event.
