At the international scientific conference on the importance of doctoral research in architecture, “Relevance of Doctoral Research in Architecture Conference 2023”, held from July 3 to 5 at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, in a hybrid format (both in-person and online), ITS Professor Dr. Jovana Tošić presented part of her research work from her doctoral dissertation.
Young researchers and doctoral students from over 15 countries worldwide were selected to present topics that are current and relevant to contemporary research in architecture. Professor Jovana Tošić participated in an online session held on July 4 at the ARU premises, where she presented her research conducted during the preparation of her doctoral dissertation, which deals with the importance of preserving the social value of historically significant buildings and protected structures.
Immediately after the session, Professor Tošić engaged in an interesting discussion with six other young researchers from the Netherlands, Italy, Turkey, Russia, and Greece, as well as with professors from the university who were in the audience.
