Prof. dr Mladen Radivojević radi preko 30 godina u obrazovanju. Bio je profesor u srednjoj školi, pa Dr. has worked in education for over 30 years. He was a teacher in secondary school, assistant, docent, associate professor and professor at several universities (University of Banja Luka, University of Sarajevo, University for Business Studies in Banja Luka). He has a PhD in informatics.
He was assistant director at the Institute of Statistics in Republic of Srpska and head of the Center for Informatics and Education of Government Officials in the Government of Republic of Srpska. He has written 27 books, including: Electronic Business, e-Administration – From Vision to Implementation, Digital Economics, Business Intelligence, From e-Business to Business Intelligence in Public Service. He has published over 180 scientific and professional papers, more than twenty of which are on the SCI list.
He has participated in numerous projects, including: Computerization of Vital Statistics in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Automatic Record of Employee Arrival and Departure at the Building of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, Strategy and Action Plan for the Development of e-Administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Electronic Signature. He has supervised three PhD and 12 MA theses.
He has held the positions of dean, science and research prorector and rector. He has reviewed many books, scientific and professional papers and projects. Currently, he is a reviewer in three international SCI list journals. He has participated in numerous science conferences, panels and discussions. He is also an advisor for the development of e-Government at the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and a UN expert on e-Government at UNDP.
