Dr. Dragana Petrović earned her BA in business finance and accounting from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. She obtained her MA from the Faculty for the Management of Small and Medium Enterprises in Belgrade.
In 2013, she earned her PhD from Megatrend University’s Faculty of International Economics with a thesis entitled Analysis of the influence of specific risks and sources of financing in lesser-developed countries on international capital budgeting. The thesis focuses on modified criteria in international capital budgeting based on which foreign investors could realistically assess their investment, and the recipient countries could have better insight into the changes in the investment environment.
She gained her eight-year experience at the Faculty of Business Economy and Entrepreneurship in Belgrade and the Business College Čačak, where she taught the following subjects: Macroeconomics, Financial Accounting, Auditing and Financial Reporting and Investment Management. She has written 3 textbooks in the fields of accounting, macroeconomics and capital investments, as well as 14 papers in international and national journals.
