Upon completing her undergraduate studies in economics, she enrolled at the postgraduate program at the Singidunum University in Belgrade. She completed her MA in 2007 with an average grade of 9.87, and got 10 for her MA thesis entitled Company Cooperation in Tourism in Implementing Frequent Consumer Programs.
In 2013, she earned her PhD in economics from the same university with a thesis on Marketing of Functions of Public Utility Enterprises in the City of Belgrade.

She has published over 50 papers in economics and organizational sciences in domestic and international science journals, monographs and conference proceedings of national and international importance.
She participated in numerous conferences and symposia both locally and abroad. Her work was referenced in several international science papers. She has written books on marketing in the public sector. She is a member of the Serbian Marketing Association.

In addition to her pedagogical work, she has 16 years of experience in the public sector. The areas of her interest include business economics, the public sector, marketing, quality management, consumer protection in the IT sector and so on.
